Dallas CapEx Project Completion

We are pleased to announce the completion of all major CapEx initiatives at one of the Dallas properties. These improvements included a targeted exterior paint refresh designed to bring new life and vibrancy along the property’s primary tour path. The refreshed interior corridors surrounding the pool, grills, and community gathering areas now provide a much more welcoming environment for residents while also enhancing the overall touring experience for prospective residents. These upgrades not only improve daily resident enjoyment but also help create a stronger first impression during leasing tours.

Upcoming Arizona Project

The Glacier team will soon be traveling to Arizona to begin work on a large-scale exterior improvement project. This initiative will include a full exterior renovation alongside unit interior upgrades and several targeted repairs throughout the property. In addition, the project will feature a complete redesign of the property’s two-story fitness center, including a new gym layout, updated equipment, and the addition of an indoor/outdoor workout area to further enhance the amenity offering for residents. We look forward to kicking off this project and continuing to deliver impactful improvements that elevate both the resident experience and overall asset value.

Austin Pre-construction Planning

In Austin, Glacier will be participating in upcoming pre-construction meetings to prepare for a balcony repair project. These meetings will allow us to finalize project scope, coordinate timelines, and ensure that work begins smoothly and efficiently.

Dallas Property Improvements

Across our three Dallas sites, several major property upgrades are currently underway. These projects include three full office remodels as well as gym renovations that will significantly enhance the resident’s experience.

One of the sites will feature a complete gym rebuild including a brand-new layout and the addition of a state-of-the-art sauna. These upgrades will create a modern and elevated amenity space that residents can enjoy for years to come.

Summer Internship Program

We are also excited to welcome a Project Associate Intern to the Glacier team this summer. This position will assist the team with daily operational tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience within the multifamily industry. The internship will provide exposure to property assessments, CapEx planning, and project coordination, helping develop the next generation of professionals in our industry.

Glacier continues to expand its presence across the multifamily sector. We are currently overseeing CapEx initiatives across 10 properties, and we remain focused on growing our portfolio through additional due diligence opportunities and CapEx initiatives.
