Project Updates
The Glacier team continues to strengthen its national presence and deliver exceptional results across multiple markets. Earlier this month, our team traveled to Arizona to complete a successful due diligence on a multifamily property assessing opportunities for capital improvements, reviewing building systems, and identifying long-term strategies to preserve and enhance asset value. The findings will help guide future planning and ensure the property reaches its full potential through strategic enhancements.
Shortly after, the team completed another due diligence in Dallas, Texas, reinforcing Glacier’s growing footprint throughout the state. Our Dallas operations are also preparing to launch CapEx Construction Management for a property in the area. This initiative includes a range of amenity transformations, turning existing spaces into upgraded, transformed and elevate the resident experience, improve property appeal, and strengthen asset performance. All work is expected to be completed by the end of the year, marking another milestone in Glacier’s commitment to delivering value driven results for clients and ownership groups.

As part of Glacier’s ongoing focus on innovation and brand development, Sebastian Ardila, Glacier’s Chief Marketing Officer, attended a one day Marketing Innovation Event this past month. The event brought together marketing leaders from various industries to share insights on evolving digital strategies, client engagement, and brand storytelling in an increasingly competitive market.
Sebastian’s participation provided valuable perspective on the latest tools and trends influencing marketing performance as we approach 2026. These takeaways will support Glacier’s continued efforts to refine its marketing strategy, strengthen its online presence, and further position the company in multifamily consulting, construction management, and owner representation.
Looking Ahead
To close out November, the Glacier leadership team will be traveling to Tampa, Florida, to meet with a potential new client and explore opportunities for future collaboration. This trip represents an important step in Glacier’s broader mission to expand relationships, cultivate trust, and secure long-term partnerships with owners, investors, and management groups nationwide.
