We are preparing to support and kick off capital improvement projects (CapEx) in several cities, including Dallas, Austin, and Phoenix. These efforts are centered on improving operational efficiency, enhancing resident experience, and positioning properties to perform successfully within their respective submarkets. Our approach emphasizes thoughtful planning, detailed budgeting, and close coordination with investor groups and local teams to ensure execution aligns with long-term objectives.

Focused Due Diligence and Strategic Evaluation

At the same time, our team is actively engaged in upcoming due diligence efforts in Austin and Houston. These diligence phases are critical as we evaluate assets, conduct comprehensive operational and financial reviews, and refine underwriting assumptions.
