With over 24 years of experience leading large-scale multi-family portfolios, Shane brings deep expertise in capital expenditure planning, facilities operations, and asset preservation. As Glacier’s Chief Operating Officer, he excels at building high-performing teams and aligning operations to ensure efficiency, transparency, and long-term value for clients. With over 3 years of experience in the multi-family industry and a background in marketing, Sebastian serves as Glacier’s Chief Marketing Officer. He is dedicated to expanding awareness of Glacier’s services while continuing to support project operations.
